The 20th attorney to become Board Certified as an expert in Elder Law by the Florida Bar and the National Elder Law Foundation, Jason Penrod founded Family Elder Law in 2013. One of only a few full-service Lifetime Planning firms, his team provides comprehensive planning for seniors’ legal, financial, and long-term care needs. In addition to being a licensed Financial Advisor, Jason is a passionate Community Educator for the Alzheimer’s Association and enjoys lecturing across the country. He has also authored publications including Don’t Go Broke in a Nursing Home! & The Family Estate Planning & Elder Law Guide.
